When you make a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

— When you make the reservation you will pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount by credit card or PAYPAL. The payment of the balance will be charged by MULTI on delivery of the car at the airport or at the hotel. This payment can be done in cash, cheque or by debit/credit card.

— The amount of the excess has to be secured by credit card. If you do not have a credit card you can leave the amount in cash and get a full refund if the car is returned without a damage. In case of a damage you just pay the real amount to fix the damage. You will never pay more than the excess rate even if the costs of the repair is higher. You also can choose our super CDW 50% to reduce the excess rate to half (just available for rentals of 3 days or longer periods).

— Cancelations are permitted without any charges 48 hours prior arrival, it must be informed by phone or email. After that time it will be charged 100% of the prepaid amount.

— The lead booking name is responsible for the final payment.

— Carry your itinerary with you all the times when travelling. It must be provided to MULTI when the car gets delivert at your hotel or at airport.

— Modifications of the booking must be made 48hrs prior to your arrival.

— No show at Faro or Lisbon airport without prior notification will be charged 100% of the total prepaid to cover our costs.

— We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in our cars. Your property is entirely your responsibility.

— Booster or baby seats are available on prior request. We just can guarantee availability when you book them in advanced.

— Our fuel policy is full to full. That means the client has to return the same amount of fuel as he has received it and as it was pointed in the rental agreement. In case the car will be returned will less fuel Multirental will charge the missing amount plus a service charge of 10€ from the credit card of the client without a prior notice.

— MULTI is not charging for a normal car cleaning after the rental just in case the vehicle is returned excessively dirty that requires extra cleaning or deodorizing. This includes, but is not limited to, fluids, food, vomit, other stains, animal hairs, and unpleasant odours including cigarette smoke; The charge for an extra cleaning can be in between 20€ - 50€.
